2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Fees are paid for live classes or events that have already taken place.
• Any course or subscription that has been partially or fully accessed.
• Membership fees for any subscription services that are billed regularly, except in the case of cancellation before the next billing cycle.
